Terrorist Despoiler is a game where you need to stop terrorists from
delivering a bomb to the intended destination. It is technically a
destruction game although it does use a physics-based engine. The
graphics style is fine and has been seen before. The sound effects are
somewhat passable. The music in the background sounds like remixed
versions of old classics.
The purpose of each level in Terrorist Despoiler is to figure out how
the bridge is being supported by the struts and to determine all the
weak points. You might have only one or two explosives to use. This
can make the task very challenging. You have to click on the different
struts in order to place a bomb. Once you have all of them placed, then
you need to start the level simulation.
You begin the destruction by clicking the start button. This causes the terrorist truck
to begin moving forward. A new button shows up that lets you blow up
all the bombs you placed. You cannot just click one and then the other.
The level ends just a few seconds after your detonate the bombs. This
means you need to watch the truck and detonate the bombs at the optimal
time.
Terrorist Despoiler is actually well thought out and fun. The
frustration comes with the fact that it takes a large amount of effort
to find the region on the screen where you are allowed to plant bombs.
The hit detection for bomb placement seems to be off. This leaves you
clicking on bridge planks endlessly hoping to finally place a bomb.
The 15 or more levels in the game do get progressively harder. There
are different materials the bridges are made from and different types of
bombs to handle those materials. The complexity keeps the game
challenging. Terrorist Despoiler is a very interesting and fun game
that you should try out.
